Our stainless steel water tank stretching hydraulic press offers precision, reliability, and durability. It’s perfect for water tank production and works well for various metal forming applications. We offer two configurations. The first is a three-beam, four-column structure, which is economical and practical. The second is a frame design, which provides high anti-eccentric load capacity. The integrated hydraulic system minimizes leakage. This ensures both efficiency and long-lasting performance.
The press uses the main cylinder, lower top cylinder, and side cylinders. These components work together to perform critical tasks like stretching, edge pressing, material removal, and demoulding. The movable crossbeam features a two-stage speed control system. The fast drop speed (100-250mm/s) increases efficiency. The slow mold support speed (5-15mm/s) ensures precision, delivering optimal results every time.
Custom Tonnage and Control Features
We customize the hydraulic press to meet your specific tonnage needs. For smaller tanks, such as single-slot or small double-slot designs, the 200-250 ton models are ideal. These models feature working table sizes from 660×660mm to 930×900mm, with stroke lengths of 600-610mm. For larger multi-slot tanks or thicker plates (≥1.2mm), we recommend models with over 400 tons of tonnage. These presses can handle top forces of 63-100 tons. This makes them ideal for deep drawing and heavy-duty tasks.
The press prevents wrinkling and cracking. It offers independent blanking force adjustment, controlling 50%-70% of the main cylinder pressure. This feature, combined with “stretching-trimming-punching” processing, reduces positioning errors. It also improves production accuracy. The PLC touch-screen control system includes safety features. These features include light curtain monitoring, cylinder interlocking, and stroke limits. They ensure smooth and secure operations.
Tonnage Selection and Customization
For small single-slot tanks, we recommend a 200-250 ton four-column hydraulic press. For larger multi-slot tanks or thicker plates, choose a frame machine with over 400 tons of tonnage. We offer customization based on your specific needs. This includes water tank size, material thickness, and production capacity. Our machines can accommodate workbenches up to 2500×1800mm. The maximum stroke length is 900mm. This provides complete flexibility for your production needs.
